- Handle contract and commercial law matters
- Focus on public procurement law
- Address R&D legal issues
- Manage labor law
- Ensure data privacy compliance
- Manage and execute all types of contracts
- Oversee potential disputes
- Handle day-to-day business operations
- Offer targeted legal advice for strategic goals
- Safeguard company reputation and interests
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Communicate cross-functionally with legal counsels
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, SCM, Research, and Management
- Provide training on legal and contractual topics
- Develop and implement function-related standards and policies
- Advise on resolving pre-litigation claims and disputes
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters
- Select, engage, and manage outside counsel
- Collaborate with local legal counsels
