- Initial manufacturing environment experience
- Hands-on Lean Six Sigma implementation experience in manufacturing
- German and English fluency
- High self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and training capabilities
- Proven project management, organizational, and Lean Six Sigma expertise
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) application
- DMAIC (Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control) application
- COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) understanding
- DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) application
- Lean Six Sigma certification, preferably Black Belt
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic Lean improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Leadership and Process Excellence Teams
- Provide Lean philosophies and tools training
- Organize and facilitate Kaizen workshops and RIEs
- Guide cross-functional teams in Lean/Six Sigma implementation
- Ensure application of Lean Daily Management System
- Develop and maintain Lean metrics and reports
- Monitor and report monthly on savings and activities
- Facilitate site-specific Lean strategy development
- Lead and manage site-specific DMAIC program
- Share best practices across sites
