As a Lean Learning Manager, you will coordinate LEAN digital learning projects and collaborate with teams to develop training materials. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement while supporting various development initiatives across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Degree or Master’s in a relevant field
• •Proven experience in project management and training within a LEAN environment
• •Extensive work experience combined with LEAN certifications
• •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• •Customer-oriented mindset
• •High level of curiosity and adaptability

Aufgaben

• •Plan and manage LEAN digital learning projects
• •Align projects with business needs
• •Test, upload, and roll out content via PHOENIX LMS
• •Develop training materials on Lean and Kaizen Principles
• •Foster a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement
• •Support development initiatives in production and logistics
• •Utilize Lean Project Management and Hoshin Kanri tools
• •Serve as the main contact for HR and business teams
• •Manage access, reporting, and local launches for learning platforms
• •Maintain the LEAN Academy with accurate language versions
• •Ensure proper access rights and version control
• •Monitor and report on mandatory Lean trainings
• •Contribute to the design and architecture of the Lean Academy
• •Liaise with business areas to align Academy steps with needs
