- Integrate the desktop app with CoCounsel backend and APIs
- Establish and uphold desktop engineering standards
- Mentor and support new desktop engineers
- Pair on challenging technical problems
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams
- Translate requirements into performant desktop experiences
- Raise concerns about feasibility and quality tradeoffs
- Contribute to the broader Application Experience engineering community
