Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years solid experience in project controlling, ideally in construction or project-based environments
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High system and process competence with strong IT affinity (ERP systems, Excel, BI tools)
- Experience with costing and controlling software (e.g. iTWO, SAP, BI tools)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial thinking, and structured, independent working style
- People leadership is a plus, along with strong communication skills, resilience, and confidence managing multiple parallel projects
- Berlin-based position with regular travel to construction sites and project locations
Aufgaben
- Lead project-related controlling and commercial steering
- Set standards and shape processes, tools, and ways of working
- Coordinate strategic planning and forecasting
- Prepare, quality assure, and consolidate planning documents, budgets, and forecasts
- Steer project KPIs, including target/actual comparisons and risk assessments
- Develop and manage management reports on performance, order backlog, and financial results
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Collaborate closely with project management, department leadership, and executive management
- Optimize controlling and reporting systems
- Lead BI topics and process optimization initiatives
- Evaluate commercial aspects in the bidding phase
- Manage approval processes and cost reviews
- Prepare financial decision-making documents
- Deliver trainings and structured knowledge transfer on group-wide standards
- Potentially lead a small team
