- Experience in analytics and performance tracking
- Comfortable using Figma for collaboration
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS tools, QuickSight is a plus
- Structured way of working
- Independent way of working
- Able to operate in integrated, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus

- Develop marketing strategies and market positioning for B2B products
- Create clear and differentiated narratives for dealer audience
- Plan and execute product marketing campaigns across European markets
- Ensure consistent and high-impact campaign activation
- Translate product features into compelling value propositions
- Simplify and clarify complex topics for commercial effectiveness
- Establish clear standards and best practices for product marketing
- Collaborate with Product to understand upcoming features
- Shape market positioning and dealer-facing narratives
- Drive alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Derive customer, market, and performance insights
- Refine messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Build scalable playbooks and messaging frameworks
- Enable efficient and consistent product marketing execution
- Run experiments and measure impact
- Optimize activities against business and commercial KPIs
