- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic vision
- Ensure delivery of impactful features
- Drive product innovation and feature development
- Define success metrics for adoption, activation, and retention
- Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing
- Lead teams through execution and problem-solving
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Anticipate and address growth ceilings
- Define scaling strategies beyond product work
- Manage foundational technology, tools, and processes
