Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree in engineering, economics, public policy, business, or related field
• •10+ years experience in strategy consulting, manufacturing, technology, or industrial operations
• •Experience designing or leading large-scale, system-level transformation programmes
• •Understanding of advanced manufacturing, industrial operations, and digital transformation
• •Ability to translate complex frameworks into practical operating models
• •Experience working with senior government officials and C-suite leaders
• •Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• •Exceptional communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• •Lead the design of national manufacturing transformation blueprints
• •Translate Lighthouse OS principles into actionable country-level models
• •Coordinate national industrial ecosystems with government counterparts
• •Develop globally replicable models for manufacturing transformation
• •Codify data and insights into structured methodologies
• •Institutionalize feedback mechanisms to strengthen global frameworks
• •Oversee Forum-led contributions to national pilot deployments
• •Integrate strategic initiatives across the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing
• •Engage senior government leaders and C-suite executives
• •Connect strategic partners to the Forum’s global ecosystem
