- Drive design discussions with engineers and architects
- Collaborate within a cross-disciplined agile team
- Engage with the engineering community to share knowledge
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Support the squad in resolving technical issues
- Maintain delivery hygiene, risk, and stability controls
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Improve system stability and monitoring tools
- Coordinate with global development teams
