- •Perform fatigue and damage tolerance evaluations
- •Predict crack initiation and growth using FEA tools
- •Establish damage tolerance and maintenance philosophies
- •Define inspection thresholds and allowable damage limits
- •Plan and analyze fatigue tests for aircraft components
- •Validate theoretical models with real-world test data
- •Integrate F&DT requirements into the design phase
- •Ensure full compliance with regulatory airworthiness standards
- •Investigate structural failures to determine root causes
- •Develop and validate repair schemes and service bulletins
- •Define technical scopes, workload sizing, and lead times
- •Mitigate technical risks and manage project deliverables
- •Present technical findings in steering ceremonies
- •Clarify assumptions and interdependencies to stakeholders
- •Improve internal analysis tools and monitoring strategies
- •Guide colleagues and provide specialized technical expertise
