- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field
- Minimum 5 years technical experience
- Experience designing large industrial systems
- Very good knowledge of Inventor and AutoCAD
- Experience with European Pressure Directive requirements
- Experience with FEM analysis
- Very good German and strong English skills
- Experience with pressure-bearing systems advantageous
- Past experience in large organizations
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams
Aufgaben
- Design industrial heat pump systems using Autodesk Inventor
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and high-volume production
- Perform calculations following the European Pressure Equipment Directive
- Execute FEM calculations for structural analysis
- Support design activities for piston compressors
- Create production parts lists within the ERP system
- Organize and improve design processes and systems
- Lead and coordinate a team of three designers
- Serve as the primary technical contact for US stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the German-speaking production team
