Aufgaben
- Elevate digital storytelling across on.com
- Partner with Digital, Brand, and Product to create product copy
- Create brand stories across on.com, including PDPs, CRM, and membership program
- Translate brand strategies and creative briefs into engaging copy
- Drive conversion across the digital customer journey
- Create intuitive, compelling digital copy based on consumer insights
- Act as a brand guardian, challenging briefs and deadlines
- Protect the quality and premiumness of the On brand
- Shape and grow On’s member ecosystem through tailored messaging
- Develop loyalty communications to build brand affinity
- Ensure consistency across digital consumer touchpoints
- Partner with PMs, CRM, Digital, Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Management
- Continuously refine digital copy, formats, and guidelines
- Proactively test and learn to improve customer experience and impact
