  • •Implement customer-specific requirements in SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • •Develop concepts and process models in collaboration with clients
  • •Act as an interface between business and IT during implementations
  • •Mentor junior professionals and oversee consultants
  • •Facilitate ongoing development of hard and soft skills
