Anforderungen
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Extensive professional experience (5+ years) in Computer Vision, Data Science, or Machine Learning
- Proven track record in leading teams or managing complex technical projects
- Expertise in frameworks and platforms such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and deploying ML models at a production level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational environment
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Lead the computer vision project portfolio
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to specialists
- Foster an innovative environment
- Design, develop, and deploy robust computer vision models
- Tailor applications for diverse industrial use cases
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects
- Drive strategic planning by identifying new technologies
- Contribute to the team’s computer vision roadmap
- Collaborate with transnational teams across the Airbus Group
- Integrate AI solutions into existing processes
- Ensure technical quality and scalability of solutions
- Maintain compliance with airworthiness standards
- Integrate the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Computer Vision
