Anforderungen

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
• Technological expertise in polyurethane-based, epoxy, and acrylate adhesive technologies
• Knowledge of project management
• Independent, motivated, and resilient personality
• Interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships
• Understanding of sustainability in material development
• Business acumen
• Proficiency in German and English
• Skills in information technologies, especially data mining and machine learning

Aufgaben

• Develop structural adhesives for battery assembly
• Conduct efficient material developments using solid chemical knowledge
• Utilize scientific methods for hypothesis-driven formulation and experimental design
• Support cross-functional teams, especially in production
• Lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure completion
• Prepare adhesive formulations and perform chemical and physical characterization
• Test formulations against customer specifications
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Ensure audit-compliant project documentation according to DuPont standards
• Protect intellectual property
• Implement DuPont’s business strategy
• Prepare for project stage-gate meetings based on DuPont standards
• Execute work in accordance with DuPont’s EH&S standards
• Contribute proactively to continuous improvement in occupational safety
• Apply scientific methods to solve problems
• Address both clearly defined and complex problems with minimal guidance
