- Solid knowledge of lean management, Six Sigma, and process optimization methods
- Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach with safety focus
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead the laboratory team (15 FTE)
- Manage laboratory resources
- Develop the laboratory team
- Act as the point of contact for HV testing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC/IEEE)
