Anforderungen
- 2+ years' experience in a customer centric environment
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance coaching, problem-solving, strategic thinking, planning, and delegating
- Proven capability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High resilience, flexibility, and situational adaptability
- Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal); proficiency in one of the teams’ languages preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead and support a team of approximately 15 employees
- Seek opportunities to improve operations, including people, processes, and technology
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet project goals
- Develop and mentor team members through onboarding and training
- Facilitate open communication and performance management
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Optimize relevant KPIs for better performance
- Build and maintain employee morale and motivation
- Ensure the team is staffed with required competencies
- Collaborate with other departments, especially commercial leaders
- Work with Support Leaders from other countries for process alignment
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws in collaboration with internal departments
