- Broad expertise in networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, container platforms
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, service operations, resilience, high availability, lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, resolve complex infrastructure challenges
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making skills
- Experience in large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments
- TOGAF® or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
- ITIL® 4 Managing Professional and/or ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader
- Cisco CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center)
- CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist)
- Fortinet FCX / FCSS
- F5 Certified Solution Expert (F5-CSE)
- NetApp NCIE
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
- Additional Security, Network, Storage, Compute infrastructure certifications advantageous
- German language proficiency at B2 level
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, incident coordination, governance forums, service reviews, change management activities, day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customer teams, operational contacts, site personnel
- Swiss citizenship
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, storage, and compute
- Define and maintain enterprise design patterns, architecture standards, and operational best practices
- Review and validate cross-domain technical decisions for business, security, and operational alignment
- Act as senior escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents
- Support strategic infrastructure initiatives
- Mentor and guide L2 and L3 engineering teams
- Promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence
- Ensure infrastructure architectures are secure, resilient, scalable, and operationally sustainable
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consistent technical direction
- Support governance forums, service reviews, architecture boards, and technical strategy discussions
- Maintain architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and technical governance frameworks
