Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
- Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
- Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
- Fluency in German
Aufgaben
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements
- Create and position strategic change agendas for major accounts
- Drive profitable growth through signings and revenue targets
- Manage margin expectations and backlog growth
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Negotiate fees and scope for engagements while managing risk
- Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs
- Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
- Deliver high-quality outputs for deal engagements
- Enhance client satisfaction and secure client references
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets
- Design complex engagements and oversee delivery
- Foster a culture of continuous development and innovation
- Align with Kyndryl’s strategic vision and contribute to execution
- Drive external eminence and establish a strong brand
- Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital
