Anforderungen

• •Degree in business informatics, information management, information systems, or comparable field
• •5+ years experience in platform management, digital product ownership, or knowledge infrastructure roles
• •Expertise in digital enterprise platforms, knowledge enablement, and AI-driven solutions
• •Strong strategic thinking and architecture-level problem-solving skills
• •Proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional or matrix environments
• •Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms
• •Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills
• •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• •Passion for innovation and ability to inspire others
• •Comfort working in an international environment
• •Excellent business communication skills in English

Aufgaben

• •Develop the digital knowledge ecosystem
• •Co-own the firmwide AI roadmap
• •Ensure platform scalability and security
• •Act as Product Owner for knowledge platforms
• •Prioritize digital initiatives and business needs
• •Identify AI-enabled use cases and feasibility
• •Introduce innovative capabilities to increase efficiency
• •Collaborate with IT and senior leadership
• •Ensure compliance with data governance standards
• •Define and track platform performance KPIs
• •Manage external vendors and budget planning
• •Lead firmwide digital change initiatives
• •Coach Knowledge Infrastructure Specialists and Coordinators
