- Strong knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system and oncology landscape
- Experience in Key Account Management and/or sales in specialty care or oncology
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding results and build lasting customer relationships
- High resilience, self-motivation, and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Achieve sales and growth targets for RLT products
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
- Provide insights based on account analysis and market trends
- Support implementation of contracts and initiatives
- Build relationships with Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, and Urology teams
- Organize impactful events and educational programs
- Map and segment key stakeholders in the CRM system
- Champion Novartis’ values and foster collaboration
