- Lead complex negotiations and pricing strategies at the management and director level
- Represent digital solutions confidently, applying technology and analytics to customer strategy
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring alignment and prioritization of internal resources
- Collaborate with operations and supply teams to deliver optimal execution and meet KPIs
- Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Monitor account health through proactive review of financial results and performance reports
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving solutions for customers
