Key Account Manager Pooling(m/w/x)
Driving sales of recycled plastic load carriers for global transport in the Pooling industry. Proven senior sales experience in international markets, packaging or plastics a plus. Account management across DACH, Benelux, UK, CEE regions.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent commercial training
- Proven senior sales experience, ideally in international markets; packaging or plastics a plus
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Project management skills with a structured, process-oriented approach
- Excellent business acumen, customer focus, and relationship management skills
- Results-driven, dynamic, and hands-on self-starter with resilience and persistence
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Technically savvy, innovative, and solution-oriented
- Team player with intercultural competence and integrity
Aufgaben
- Maintain and develop the customer base in the Pooling industry
- Launch new products in the Pooling sector
- Manage and grow customer accounts across Europe, focusing on DACH, Benelux, the UK, and CEE
- Drive sales with key accounts and acquire new project customers
- Collaborate closely with clients and the innovation team
- Achieve sales performance, volume, and revenue targets in your region
- Plan and manage budgets in alignment with the VP of Pooling & System Integrations
- Coordinate with Program Management to track project progress
- Organize and prepare customer meetings and sales presentations
- Conduct initial calculations and prepare business cases for Group Controlling
- Create reports, analyses, and decision-support materials
- Prepare internal and external presentations
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Build customer insights and share findings with the VP of Pooling & System Integrations
