- •At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
- •Experience in medical technology industry or Tactical Casualty Care
- •Strong commercial mindset
- •Confidence in forecasting, reporting, and contract management
- •Experience in leading and influencing interdisciplinary teams
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Openness to a military environment

- •Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
