- Collaborative, empathetic, communicative, and team player skills
- High intellectual curiosity, self-starter, and growth mindset
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German (plus)

- Manage project streams for internal knowledge database development
- Optimize and streamline internal founder and investor data
- Gain exposure to deal sourcing
- Learn about deal evaluation and due diligence
- Understand the investment process
- Gain insights into portfolio support
