- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field, or banking apprenticeship with further education
- First professional experience in project management, transformation, change, consulting, communications, or HR
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, or regulated environment is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Provide PMO and coordination support to the TCM team
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Track project progress, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
- Coordinate meetings and workshops
- Support the development of change and enablement materials
- Collect and consolidate project information
- Highlight deadlines, dependencies, risks, and delivery issues
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement tracking
- Contribute to change readiness tracking
- Contribute to adoption tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TCM methods and templates
