- Proactive, self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute 18-month rolling supply plans
- Shape supplier-specific replenishment strategies
- Ensure optimal product availability and cost-efficiency
- Manage inventory and overstock across multiple channels
- Execute stock segmentation for Stores, Partner Channels, B2B, and B2C
- Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory health
- Maintain promotional stock availability to maximize GMV
- Manage seamless SKU transitions and inbound selling
- Protect customer delivery times
- Track core supply and inventory KPIs
- Conduct deep dives and ad-hoc analyses
- Identify root causes and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Category, Marketing, Buying, and Operations
- Resolve operational issues
- Deliver complex projects
- Initiate process improvements
- Enhance planning accuracy and efficiency
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Introduce scalable workflows
