- Prepare investment portfolios and rebalance them according to client profiles
- Manage administrative work
- Obtain documentation according to regulations
- Manage and develop client portfolios
- Prepare and present investment portfolios and proposals to clients
- Attend investment fund presentations and markets committees
- Monitor portfolio composition and rebalance portfolios
- Send investment tactical ideas to clients and monitor implementation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Undertake business trips with prior authorization
- Participate in testing new applications and updates when required
- Manage administrative tasks for client portfolios
- Review reports, including overdrafts, maturities, and corporate actions
- Execute orders and control customer operations, including payments and clarifications
- Manage renewals and applications for credit lines, loans, guarantees, and credit cards
- Conduct commercial follow-up and execute special campaigns for your portfolio
- Manage and provide information on corporate actions affecting your portfolio
- Update customer information
- Manage account openings and closures
- Perform administrative tasks for account opening and closing processes
- Execute transactions and follow up on investments
- Process operating instructions from clients
