- Good knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks or Creo or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
- Skills in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of measurement methods and industrial statistics - a plus
- French C1 proficiency
- English B2 minimum proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel) skills
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 - a plus

Aufgaben
- Develop new surgical products
- Create manufacturing specifications for surgical products
- Manage new product design and development integration
- Develop drawings for prototypes, series, and tooling
- Establish manufacturing specifications for prototypes, series, and tooling
- Conduct feasibility studies based on specifications
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality specialists
- Develop new products considering production tool constraints
- Utilize 3D models and drawings for new developments
- Assist Process Managers with product design issues
- Assist Process Managers with process control issues
- Establish new product validation and verification tests
- Perform cutting, corrosion, and mechanical strength tests
- Prepare test reports
- Formalize design and technical documentation
- Investigate customer complaints
- Analyze customer complaints
- Propose improvements for customer complaints
- Lead or collaborate on R&D innovation projects
- Lead or collaborate on R&D continuous improvement projects
- Create technical drawings for finishing
- Develop rough drafts and assembly plans
- Ensure drawings meet industry standards
- Design tooling and CAD elements as needed
- Update and correct drawings for draftsmen
- Archive and document changes per ISO standards
- Ensure manufacturing plans meet industrial requirements
- Ensure manufacturing plans meet quality requirements
- Collaborate with Industrialization and QC specialists
