In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery. You will be the key contact for customers, focusing on satisfaction while managing contracts and driving continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

• •Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with commercial training
• •First professional experience in customer project management or equivalent roles
• •Positive mindset and constructive approach to complex challenges
• •Business fluency in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus
• •Strong communication and organizational skills
• •Experience with SAP and product knowledge in GIS is desirable

Aufgaben

• •Manage diverse projects from handover by Sales to completion
• •Coordinate project teams across various disciplines
• •Ensure timely completion of tasks and work packages
• •Define and manage project milestones for on-time delivery
• •Proactively report deviations and initiate corrective actions
• •Act as the primary point of contact for customers
• •Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
• •Manage contracts commercially, including scope changes
• •Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce risks
• •Share knowledge and success stories with the team
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives
