Anforderungen
- Knowledge of Joint Reconstruction and Robotics
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Engineering, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or related field or professional training with extensive relevant experience
- Initial experience in Medical Devices industry, preferably in orthopedic surgery (Sales, Marketing, technical or clinical support)
- Basic understanding of orthopedic procedures and technologies
- Experience assisting with marketing materials and digital content creation
- Strong organizational skills for campaign planning and execution
- Willingness to learn from senior team members and adapt to evolving market needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple priorities
- Good communication skills, especially with technical information
- Very good English language knowledge (written and spoken)
- Preferably 1-2 other European languages (e.g. German, French)
- Data analysis skills (e.g. PowerBI, Matlab, Python)
Aufgaben
- Gain and maintain technical knowledge of orthopedic reconstruction products
- Focus on CORI platform for S+N Robotics technology
- Plan and execute market launches for new orthopedic devices
- Align stakeholders and meet launch timelines
- Develop and implement targeted messaging
- Design impactful marketing campaigns
- Drive surgeon engagement and product adoption
- Create launch materials and training resources
- Monitor and report on launch performance metrics
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Deliver best-in-class training to surgeons and internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with field leadership and support roles
- Collaborate with global marketing counterparts
- Understand competitive landscape and new technologies
