- Contribute to project reporting and documentation
- Agree on best implementation strategies for new product revisions
- Conduct regular reviews with management
- Support automated costing tool implementation
- Contribute to tender costing
- Follow up on team member actions and procurement
- Synchronize reporting with other sites
- Actively contribute to project performance
- Alert on deviations impacting project objectives
- Manage risks, savings, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with rules and standards
- Plan and control project activities end-to-end
- Coordinate cross-functional execution objectives
- Lead teams to achieve project objectives
- Synchronize stakeholders at traction level
- Support sub-system level decisions and trade-offs
- Implement change management at sub-system level
- Manage sub-system components and KPIs
