- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Game Dev Engineer, UE4/UE5 Developer, or comparable role

- Design and implement C++ code with clean patterns
- Create blueprint interfaces in Unreal Engine editor
- Fix bugs and maintain plugin/application code base
- Analyze and resolve common issues in plugins and modules
- Optimize memory usage and performance
- Collaborate with networking software engineers
- Develop and maintain a scalable multi-server solution
- Build AAA implementation techniques for audio feedback
- Create blueprints and develop tools in Unreal Engine 4/5
- Automate tasks and manage post-process materials
- Monitor the health of existing products
- Enhance user experience and gameplay
- Conduct code reviews and ensure test coverage
- Maintain high code quality as a team
