- Conduct in-service training for hospital stakeholders on new technologies
- Develop advanced clinical workflows
- Plan and install the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
- Collaborate with the technical department for effective installations
- Support the education team in developing training centers
- Share clinical best practices to enhance customer experience
- Assist field service engineers with technical troubleshooting
- Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder inquiries
- Participate in territory reviews with the Sales Manager
- Complete all required company training
- Attend regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops
