Anforderungen
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts
- Initial exposure to digital learning formats, e-learning tools, or training/communication materials
- Interest in learning technologies, digital platforms, and user experience
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Familiarity with LMS, authoring tools, multimedia/video tools, or human capital management systems
- Interest in learning analytics, evaluation methods, or reporting
- Ability to analyze information and structure content clearly
- Ability to present ideas effectively in written and visual formats
- Good analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
- Familiarity with LMS
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Familiarity with digital content or e-learning tools
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot or resolve basic technical issues
- Spoken and written English
- Spoken and written French
- Commitment to learn basics of the other language
- National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Learning Technologies or related field
- Highest educational qualification is Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
- Applicants without University degree are not eligible
- Applicants with a PhD are not eligible

- Partner in designing learning solutions
- Partner in developing learning solutions

- Provide technical support for e-learning creation
- Provide technical support for digital tools
- Provide technical support for Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Assess impact of learning initiatives
- Contribute to designing learning reports
- Contribute to designing data analytics
- Test learning technologies
- Support selection of learning technologies
- Support implementation of learning technologies
- Create guidelines for learning solutions
- Create guidelines for digital tools
- Communicate latest learning trends to learners
- Communicate latest learning initiatives to learners
- Contribute to designing L&D communications
- Support learning events
- Correspond with learners on administrative tasks
- Correspond with learners on course enrolments
- Correspond with learners on course organisation
