- Motivation to learn and grow as a frontend engineer
- Experience with backend development in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Go, or similar
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Spring Boot or similar
- Basic understanding of APIs and client-server communication
- Exposure to databases (e.g. SQL, relational databases)
- Interest in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or similar) and deployment
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git) and development workflows
- Awareness of CI/CD or DevOps concepts or willingness to learn
- Interest in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Proactive mindset with motivation to learn and grow as a fullstack engineer
- Good communication skills in English
- Collaborative attitude

- Assist in designing and building backend and frontend systems
- Contribute to multiple services and domains
- Learn to take ownership of features end-to-end
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design, develop, and maintain applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Participate in code reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Assist in integrating frontend and backend components
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
