- Basic understanding of modern manufacturing technologies (plastic and metal processing, hydraulics)
- Mandatory experience with modern 3D engineering tools, preferably Unigraphics NX
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and proactive working approach
- Strong communication skills
- Motivation to learn
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable receiving guidance and feedback
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to develop customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in French or German
- Good knowledge of English
Aufgaben
- Support technical development of ITMS modules
- Contribute to early customer engagement and requirement clarification
- Execute project tasks in an ASPICE-compliant environment
- Develop engineering skills and learn best-in-class solutions
- Design, develop, and modify ITMS modules and components
- Follow JEI standards and change management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Contribute to technical solutions and design reviews
- Translate R&D inputs into technical solutions using CAD/CAE/CFD tools
- Prepare technical and project documentation
- Collect, document, and analyze prototype testing data
- Participate in customer meetings during development and product care
- Apply quality system procedures
- Assist in quality issue resolution through root cause analysis
- Support standardization activities
- Follow defined engineering processes and best practices
