Anforderungen
- •Fluency in English, German, and Russian (written and spoken)
- •Previous experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or assistant to an executive assistant
- •High attention to detail and accuracy
- •Strong business correspondence skills
- •Confident user of spreadsheets and document tools
- •Basic understanding of banking, financial, and accounting processes
- •Experience in preparing presentations
- •Independent, reliable, and well-organised working style
- •Valid work permit for Switzerland
Aufgaben
- •Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- •Communicate in writing with clients, lawyers, tax advisors, and banks
- •Prepare and complete standard forms and applications, including banking and KYC documentation
- •Collect input data and complete budgets and financial reports using templates
- •Prepare reporting materials for clients
- •Request accounting documentation from clients and ensure completeness and deadlines
- •Structure and transfer information to accountants and tax advisors
- •Research, verify, and structure information; prepare tables, summaries, and analytical overviews
- •Maintain and update client tasks, tracking deadlines and statuses
- •Document agreements and results
- •Execute ad-hoc tasks and assignments from management, providing status updates
- •Prepare presentations, guidelines, and client instructions (an advantage)
- •Structure and visually format information according to templates (an advantage)
