In this role, you will play a key part in shaping a data-driven financial landscape by developing insightful reporting and analytical models. You will support budgeting, project oversight, and compliance efforts to enhance profitability and decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related discipline
• •Native Dutch (C2) and C1/C2 English; German skills are a plus
• •2–4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling
• •Solid understanding of NL GAAP/IFRS basics and VAT/BTW
• •Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• •Hands-on experience in month-end close, consolidation, financial analysis, and reporting tools
• •High level of accuracy, ownership of processes, and deadline discipline
• •Collaborative business partner mindset; translates numbers into actionable insights
• •Ideally located in Rotterdam region or able to commute easily

Aufgaben

• •Support day-to-day accounting in Exact (GL, AR/AP, VAT)
• •Assist with monthly close processes
• •Coordinate inputs for external tax advisors on corporate tax and annual accounts
• •Draft and maintain Group Executive KPI dashboards with clear metric definitions
• •Ensure data quality and reconcile sources
• •Deliver insights for leadership with guidance from senior finance
• •Own project controlling and support project budgeting and forecasting
• •Conduct CM1/CM2 and variance analysis
• •Monitor resource allocations and track profitability
• •Coordinate budget inputs and rolling reforecasts
• •Consolidate plans and run basic scenarios
• •Track variances against targets
• •Build business case models (NPV/IRR/payback)
• •Track benefits realization post-implementation
• •Support intercompany pricing documentation and service agreements
• •Assist with audit requests under guidance from senior finance
