- Knowledge of technical aspects and experience in cable installation on land sites
- Knowledge of technical documentation for land cable installation
- Knowledge of drawings and basic design of cable and accessories
- Leadership attitude and capability to guide a team
- Good relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors
- Problem solving and target orientation
- Attitude to manage priorities in coordination with Management
- Attitude to fast learning and self-commitment
- Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use
- German language skills considered a plus
- Availability for frequent trips, domestic and abroad including offshore sites
- Availability to travel worldwide
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Driving license

- Prepare method statements and site documentation
- Coordinate teams for accessory installation
- Plan activities to optimize resources and tools
- Supervise site resources, technical aspects, and logistics
- Manage on-site HSE

- Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures
- Perform and coordinate cable sheath testing
