Aufgaben
- Act as the primary client liaison
- Manage project budgets and negotiate changes
- Plan and execute all project meetings
- Develop site and patient recruitment strategies
- Create stakeholder training and project reports
- Assign and monitor interdisciplinary project tasks
- Manage project resources and contingency plans
- Improve project efficiency and work quality
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and SOPs
- Lead, mentor, and coach team members
- Prioritize workloads and delegate tasks effectively
- Establish delivery metrics and communication standards
- Assist with RFP and bid defense processes
- Review and approve project scopes and tools
- Oversee critical paths and provide manager feedback
- Manage hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development
