In this role, you will be at the heart of procurement, managing supplier relationships and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve negotiating contracts, monitoring orders, and analyzing market prices to optimize costs and support production needs.

Anforderungen

• •Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
• •Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• •Skills to manage multiple logistical responsibilities
• •Willingness to manage new projects
• •Knowledge of incoterms conditions for imports
• •Advanced knowledge of material stocks
• •Advanced operating knowledge of the Office package
• •Advanced knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking)

Aufgaben

• •Manage supplier portfolio and develop business relationships
• •Ensure smooth production by providing necessary materials and services
• •Establish optimal strategies for material and service acquisition
• •Propose new suppliers after market verification
• •Identify necessary materials based on customer orders and internal requests
• •Monitor orders to optimize product availability and streamline costs
• •Manage, approve, and send purchase orders
• •Reconcile purchase order data with invoices and accompanying documents
• •Negotiate contracts, including purchase prices and delivery terms
• •Ensure compliance with procurement procedures
• •Analyze material prices against market rates
• •Support overall supplier evaluations
