As a Jewellery Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the jewellery industry by supporting the team with research, exhibition preparations, and auction activities, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• •Organize tasks to support sales administrators during pre- and post-sale processes
• •Collaborate on various research projects within the department
• •Assist with research activities in Geneva
• •Help capture photos and videos of jewellery being worn
• •Support the travelling exhibition preparations ahead of the auction
• •Assist with the editorial photo shoot and marketing materials
• •Aid the cataloguer in compiling certificates and condition reports for auction lots
• •Help set up the exhibition
• •Assist during the auction preview by showing jewels to clients and updating lot details
• •Update client mailing lists
• •Support the shipping process
• •Assist with filing, organization, scanning, and mailings
• •Write academic and engaging essays for the auction
• •Compile auction data for the department
• •Record various auction sale details
• •Participate in roles on auction day
• •Conduct ad-hoc research projects on specific artists and galleries
