In this role, you will oversee the management of IT service providers, ensuring effective communication and monitoring of key performance indicators. Your daily responsibilities will include addressing performance issues and supporting quality operations across all IT services.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in business informatics, economics, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• •Experience in managing service providers for complex IT services, including escalation management
• •Extensive knowledge of project and process management tools and methods
• •Professional experience in IT service management or IT provider management with IT outsourcing contracts
• •Experience in managing projects related to key performance indicators and processes from analysis to implementation
• •Strategic and structured way of working, negotiating skills, and high degree of assertiveness
• •IT affinity with strong consulting, problem-solving skills, and analytical business understanding
• •Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
