- Ensure stable operation of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Drive continuous development of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Contribute to introducing Modern Workplace innovations
- Support Modern Workplace innovations from planning to handover
- Automate and standardize processes with PowerShell and Graph
- Ensure system compliance with security, compliance, and governance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Support system rollouts
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, enablement
