Aufgaben
- Provide first-level support via phone, email, and on-site
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Install and set up hardware for end-users
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system
- Maintain and update user documentation and knowledge base
- Support internal training courses and events
- Collaborate on internal IT projects
- Support offices in Davos, Zizers, and Zurich
