In this role, you will tackle local IT challenges while ensuring productivity in both office and production areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting digitization efforts, managing service requests, and collaborating with a global team to enhance IT solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in helpdesk/service desk/IT user support in manufacturing
• •Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• •Good English and German language skills, written and verbal
• •Experience with LAN, WAN, Desktop PCs, applications, and operating systems
• •Enjoyment of diverse work environment with local office and production clients
• •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office packages
• •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Networking and understanding of DHCP/DNS/WINS/TCPIP/GPO
• •Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes
• •Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems and understanding of Active Directory and Azure Cloud
• •Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• •Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
• •Customer and solution-oriented, structured way of working
• •Interest in new topics and willingness to learn

Aufgaben

• •Support local IT issues at the Oberwihl location
• •Ensure productivity in office and production areas
• •Assist with on-site digitization via phone and remote access
• •Collaborate in a global solution team as part of the Corporate Service Desk
• •Develop expertise in global support for network, server, Microsoft 365, and access administration
• •Manage incident reports and service requests, escalating as needed
• •Support local networks and infrastructure components
• •Document IT assets
• •Install, maintain, and replace clients, printers, and computer peripherals
• •Collaborate with colleagues across teams and countries using modern tools
