IT Site Support Engineer II(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
• Adherence to GMP Safety Standards
• Advanced Degree (no experience) or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experience in desktop support or systems administration
• Preferred study in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• ITIL certification (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Windows/Mac OS and Active Directory administration
• Advanced troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network)
• Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of network protocols, VPN, wireless, security best practices
• Expertise in PC/laptop deployment, imaging, configuration management
• Ability to manage data center infrastructure
• Experience with vendor management and coordination
• Strong documentation and knowledge base maintenance skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Multi-tasking and effective prioritization skills
• Availability for occasional on-call or off-hours support
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools
• Physical ability to lift/move equipment up to 35 lbs (occasionally)
