Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-7 years experience in IT project management or leading technology initiatives
- Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects
- Experience with Service Now (ITSM)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (plus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German or other languages (added value)
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent certification
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications (PSM, CSM)

- Lead end-to-end IT project management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define project timelines, resources, and budget
- Create and maintain detailed project plans

- Facilitate status reporting with stakeholders
- Facilitate progress reviews with stakeholders

- Manage escalations when necessary
- Coordinate cross-functional projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Promote strong teamwork and accountability
