As an IT Project Lead, you will oversee the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction Suite, ensuring that project delivery aligns with stakeholder needs and compliance standards while managing the transition to Operations and Support.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• •Experience in managing projects with budgets over 1m CHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
• •Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know-how
• •Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
• •Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
• •Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how
• •Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction, empathy, and relationship management
• •Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders and negotiation skills
• •Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
• •Immediate availability

Aufgaben

• •Support stakeholders in backlog prioritization
• •Conduct requirement engineering and align requirements with existing functionality
• •Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, quality, and cost
• •Utilize Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies
• •Ensure compliance with project governance, security policies, and data privacy regulations
• •Facilitate smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams
